Register for a Library Card

To register for a card, you must be an adult or teen resident of the County of Wellington, or reside in one of the following municipalities:

  • Southgate
  • Guelph
  • Region of Waterloo
  • Cambridge
  • Halton Hills
  • Milton
  • Hamilton
  • Perth County

Once your temporary card has been created, you will receive an email from library staff.
