Tour and Win Contest Submission Form 2022

Please complete the following fields to submit an entry to the Tour and Win Farmers' Market Trail Passport contest. 

We invite you to come out and see our amazing local markets in person. Pick up a Farmers’ Market Trail Passport at any participating markets or let us mail you one. Get your passport stamped when visiting a local market and submit a photo of your passport to be entered in a draw to win one of eight market packs worth $100.00.

How to participate:

1. Pick up a Farmers’ Market Trail Passport or request one here.
2. Get a unique farmers' market stamp each time you visit a different Wellington County and Guelph Farmers’ Market.
3. Once you have collected 3 (or more!) stamps, fill out the contact information on the ‘Tour and Win’ page.
4. Submit a photo of the ‘Tour and Win’ stamp page with your contact details below.
